About Me
Am from Hawai'i but work here in Okinawa. Okinawan food is terrific - soki, tebichi, goya, chanpurus, jirus, rafute. But at times I really do miss the foods of Hawai'i, those that I grew up with. So I cook things I miss, a mix of Hawai'ian local-style and simple Cantonese cooking. Pix of my granddaughter hamming it up at Jimbo.

sustainable living at its finest. The planters don't take away floor space either, I gather.
garden is booming! :o)
ronw - To get the afternoon sun the planters would have to be put on the floor against the inner wall of the lanai, and yes taking up space. But with the hangers that are available the planters can be up to get the full afternoon sun.
kamuela - Thanks!
looks good! my lanai faces south, so we get sun almost all day :) when there is sun...
These little plants looks great!
I wish I could plant some too... but our place can get much of the 'good' sunshine so everything we planted seems to die after a while.
